9yWe greatly value our administrative team and the support that they provide to our clinical team. We know that their contribution is vital to the success of our clinical team and our company. We hold performance evaluations annually for our clinical and administrative employees and our employees have the opportunity to earn raises based on their performance. In addition, many of our employees who have started as administrative assistants and have shown excellent performance have been promoted within Behavior Frontiers to various positions, such as, Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, Marketing & Events Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Intake Assistant, HR Assistant, Billing Assistant, etc., and have earned higher pay (in addition to their annual raises). We are proud of our record of advancing the career and pay of our administrative team and look forward to continuing to facilitate the career advancement of our wonderful administrative team members!
