9yWith regard to our managers and directors, as a former employee, you would be happy to know that we recently conducted an upward management survey and the managers and directors in our Palmdale region earned a 95% approval rating from their team members in areas such as employees feeling like their “opinions matter” and feeling “valued and respected” by their supervisors. They also earned high marks in areas such as employees feeling “comfortable voicing…concerns” to supervisors and that their supervisors created a “positive work environment.”
Here is one of the comments that was recently given from a Palmdale behavior instructor: My case manager “always has shown me respect and always has good rapport with the families. That's what I like about this company. They are professional and they care about their employees.”
Here is another review from that survey: My case manager “is always telling me where I can grow and compliments me on my strengths. She and I, I feel like we work together really well as a team. That keeps me motivated, knowing we are accomplishing a lot for the clients together as a strong unified team.”
