6yThanks for your input. At interview, our hiring managers explain that the job is most often part-time (15-20 hours per week) to start, as our most needed hours are between 3-8pm. Schedulers are on phones from 7am until 5:30pm every day, and are also available "on-call" before and after hours, in case of urgent scheduling concerns. Moreover, our case managers are typically in the field providing hands-on support to their Behavior Technicians or a phone call away to address questions or concerns. Best of luck to you.
