Behavior Frontiers Response
5yThanks for your input. Our organization prides itself on treating all employees with the utmost of care, respect and professionalism. It is part of our ethical code, and explicitly stated in our Employee Handbook. With regards to training, we provide a comprehensive training to every single hired clinical employee. Even those coming with years of experience are required to complete our Initial Training Program, which consists of a minimum of 40 hours of didactic training. Beyond that, at the technician level (entry level), new hires are placed in the field with clients, ALWAYS accompanied by either a Case Manager or experienced Behavior Technician (BT) or Senior BT. Over the course of 6-8 sessions, each new hire is trained, hands-on, in the various aspects of what will be their job, including data collection, running skill acquisition programs, managing behaviors, and parent training, to name but a few. Our extensive training is among the most touted elements of others' reviews, as the vast majority of our staff (coming with experience) have never seen such comprehensive training given at the very start. From there, managers and supervisors provide weekly supervision to our BTs, offering praise for things done well, and helpful suggestions for what needs improvement. This quality supervision is yet another highly commented "PRO" often found in our company's reviews. Best of luck.
