The people are what make this organization outstanding. Awesome team/ family atmosphere. The company is growing in a new direction and as of now we are in the midst of exciting times here.

I am not a fan of the dress code. Ties are mandatory except for the company polo shirt.

BHPI is growing rapidly and offers great opportunities for bright, passionate individuals. There is a bit of the "we've always done it this way" attitude in the organization and that stifles progress at times.
