Fake Leadership - CRISIS ASSISTANT Behavioral Health Services North Employee Review

There is not enough space in the box to describe the dumpster fire the leadership and HR of this organization. They will brag about work life balance and enforcing the "whole employee" aspect - BUT its fake. They mean their work life balance. You will take on things beyond your job description, and sometimes beyond even your license. Then when you ask to be compensated for it or you ask for time off OR TO EVEN USE YOUR PAID FAMILY LEAVE - You will be fired and told they are a nonprofit and they can fire anyone at anytime without giving a reason. It is a disgusting place to work. It is high school mean girls all over again.
