      Pros

      It´s a Growing Company, big goals for next years. Belcorp usuallly put high challenges every day for each coworker. Multicultural, as it operates in 16 countries with 3 corporate offices.

      Cons

      Not good life-work balance. Poor nonsalary benefits

      Pros

      Nice work environment regarding to peers.

      Cons

      Way too much team reduction that overloads the rest of the teams. They also cut a lot of budget on IT tools and platforms and ask for the same goals to the IT teams. Wouldn't not recommend joining any IT role but the rest are fine.
