      Almost everything else. Management is absolutely clueless and so is everyone else. There's nothing much to learn.

      Pros

      Really great culture and team cooperation - had a better opportunity that I moved on to but I really enjoyed working at Believe and don't really have any complaints.

      Cons

      Could have provided more clear promotion / bonus structure and cycle for US employees
