Pros

-Good incentives (The incentives offered are beneficial and can be used to cover the costs of therapy or medication to address the anxiety caused by the job). -Nice co-workers

Cons

-On-site- There is no flexibility in the working arrangement -High turnover -Employees are only entitled to six paid Service Incentive Leave (SILs) after completing one year. -Lack of recharge days- They expect you to be open 24/7 (not paid) Inconsiderate management. -No work-life balance, you need to answer 24/7 even during weekends. -Manual methods of doing work -No actual process -There are no mental health programs, and the management only cares about customers and performance, not employees' well-being, causing anxiety. -The workload is unreasonable, with numerous KPIs and high expectations, given the limited time available. -Management adheres to traditional ways of thinking and is political. -NO clear incentive scheme. -Lacks diversity and inclusion.

Pros

Generous when it comes to bonuses

Cons

Very poor management from managers. If you want to be micro-managed and to be working on more projects, you'd fit in. Also salary is not that competitive if you're working on multiple projects and do some senior-level tasks (talking about junior to mid level employees doing senior level tasks). Lastly, HMO services is hard to avail. Free services are only exclusive to their clinic. But when availing services outside, you need to pay it forward and they'll reimburse you.
