As for the COO, there’s been significant turnover under her leadership—five SVP/VPs in five years, along with several full team departures. Many employees feel that retention and morale aren’t priorities for her, and there’s a shared sentiment that people are seen as easily replaceable. Her limited communication and visibility only reinforce that perception.
It’s frustrating because there are incredibly talented individuals on the marketing team—smart, hardworking people who care deeply about their work. But the culture is pushing them out, and that’s a loss the company doesn’t seem to recognize
