Cons – they are cons because they act with a sense superiority when the truth is that most of them were promoted without a shred of managerial experience, promoted to a role they are woefully unqualified for and were only given that role because yes they may have been good at their last position but that doesn’t mean that they know how to manage other human beings without a God complex - acting like it’s a privilege to work there acting like their generic corporate platitudes of “you’re valued” are will pay my bills.
