It feels like working on a sinking ship. The only thing that matters is labour costs so they keep cutting your hours down and don't care if you can't pay your bills. They refuse you a small pay rise but then hire new people on a higher rate than you. Staff turnover is so high you find yourself struggling on your own because your colleagues have left. You never know what your rota is going to be and they cancel shifts without notice. No recognition of good workers, only the manager's clique get attention and special treatment. This makes for a toxic environment and you feel invisible. The general feeling is that the company is in terminal decline.
