      Pros

      Excellent on boarding and sense of community. Great people and focused on what we need to do for the success of the company. Working as a team and not a number of individuals is evident. Support in all avenues towards where the industry is going and how to get there. Very fair home and work life balance.

      Cons

      A lot of layers of management. May be necessary due to historical issues within the company. Not much opportunity with face to face with senior management.
