Promotions based on favoritism, the longer you're there and make them $ the more you get away with shady behavior, the DM is dismissive and taints the entire south east district with her uncaring, discriminatory behavior. Doesn't acknowledge the issues with her own bias. Pay is mediocre and really pushes unethical sales to members.
