      Extremely cold, and the older people that work there are miserable. Coworkers and supervisors.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for OT. Really good health insurance

      Cons

      Probably will be laid off every winter. Long hours during the season, but new hires get laid off after working weeks of 12 hr shifts. Sometimes mandatory OT on the weekends.
