Pros

Most of the people who work here in the contact centre are the reason, why most people stay. Says a lot when there is only one Pro

Cons

No Parking, No social Events, every October/November they make people Redundant like they are now and sending jobs to India, To get your bonus you have to get 95% call quality, Management will mark you down on your scoring as the business don't want to pay the bonus!!, New starters getting Client Lead roles who know nothing about the business or the system or the client, staff members over-looked for jobs, not all jobs are advertised internal, some jobs have been given to who you know not what you know!!!!, promises made and never delivered, The CCM says they have an open door, well I've hit the closed door so many times. Most of the TL"S palm you off and don't care, lack of Training, Salary is below standard, it is call after call after call, this is not a contact centre this is a Call Centre. You are just a Number, so don't expect anything more, cos you wont get it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. It’s great to hear how highly you rate the colleagues you work with however it’s disappointing to hear that you have some concerns which hopefully I can assist with. Unfortunately we cannot do a lot in regards to the parking. Due to the city centre location of the Office, spaces in and around the area are limited and we make potential employees aware of this at interview. That being said, we are able to offer a discounted parking rate for two NCP car parks in close proximity of the office and have welcomed the council to look into alternatives too. Social events are something we encourage in Bellrock and I understand that many departments arrange their own social activities such as bowling / quiz nights and escape rooms! We have asked our colleagues previously as to whether they would like bigger social events such as Christmas parties however these have proven to be less appealing and as such colleagues have opted for alternatives. In regard to internal growth, it is our company policy that all vacancies are advertised internally and everyone has the opportunity to apply. We actively encourage internal progression and employees can request training to assist with this. The Company offer courses applicable to an employee’s role, or to help them move on to the next step, and through these courses employees can achieve a nationally recognised qualification. All potential future employees and current employees are given the opportunity to a fair and equal interview and selection is made in a fair way. Within our Contact Centre we have our own dedicated team of trainers to ensure everyone successfully completes their training and are fully geared up to achieve their bonuses! These have always been based on a number of factors including attendance and service to the customer which are achievable for the majority of colleagues within the Contact Centre. We set the targets high so that we can ensure an excellent level of service is provided to our customers. Our Bellrock Head Office is open plan in order to minimise barriers to communication and to avoid any closed door mentality within the departments. As you suggest, listening is absolutely key in a good business and we encourage our employees to tell us when they have concerns. I would welcome the chance to learn more in detail about your specific concerns on this point, and would very much appreciate if you are able to get in contact with HR so we can discuss further.
