Pros
Genuinely good people to work with. Onsite wellness clinic by Bellin, free for co-workers and their families. Decent pay.
Cons
Management that is unfit to lead. Morale is very low, with veteran employees and newcomers alike disenfranchised with the way the company is run. It's clients above workers, always. Trying to move into other departments often seems to be a standstill or thwarting of the process so they can keep people where they are. There were long runs of mandatory Saturdays with very little appreciation of the work put out. Also, there is a lot of emphasis on the company culture, but they have grown away from that as the size of the company has grown. You are just a number, someone they will easily replace. A LOT of turnover, and no real efforts seems to be made to understand why or how retention can change the company for the better.
