Cons
There was another one-star review that I could have written. It's all true. If you're family or close friends with "the family" you're golden. Otherwise you better hope you don't get on one of their bad sides bc they have no qualms cutting you loose for no reason and no explanation "just because." Certain people can do no wrong and others can do no right. Morale is bad. People are written up based on rumors and never asked what their side of the story is. If they are accused, they are guilty. Employees are threatened with termination to get them to improve instead of supported and encouraged. They are scolded and told what they are doing wrong while positives are ignored. Customer satisfaction doesn't matter if someone in upper management doesn't like you. Very immature and childish in this way. People with no "in" have no where to turn for help or counsel when they feel uncomfortable. Worst and most unfair and immature company atmosphere I've ever worked in. Free lunch doesn't make up for such abhorrent treatment by people in positions of power who should be mentors and set good examples. Very dishonest company. Luckily I've seen how a good company treats their employees and I got out when I saw behind the curtain. Oh and if you don't worship Trump, keep that to yourself. But expect to have Trump shoved down your throat. He is hero worshipped there.
