Selective Enforcement and Favoritism
The managers couldn’t manage a McDonald’s if they had to. The blatant favoritism here is disgraceful, some workers are allowed to do whatever they please while others are watched like a hawk and hounded continuously for no apparent reason. If you do decide you want to go above and beyond you won’t be rewarded, you will be taken advantage of and make to do extra work to make up for others who are the managers favorites.
