Cons
It's been said here countless times, avoid reading the '5-star' reviews as they are forced on employees as part of 'HR efforts'. An egotistical CEO, surrounded by 'yes' men and women who are only looking out for themselves and have insulated the executive from any real improvement. It's a waste of time to even make recommendations. Most of the reviews focus on the challenges within the organization - but even more important, the software tool is garbage. Built on exceedingly old tech, riddled with bugs, clunky UI/UX interface - and not a single person in the company can point to a customer use of the platform that lead to tangible benefits for a customer. The only reason people keep buying it is because EHS management is required in the industrial space and the change management required to switch is more of a headache that continuing with a half-baked, frankenstein product.
