      Cons

      *Management (no communication) *They tell you to put in a 2 week advance for appointments and such but when the day comes they tell you to look for your own replacement *You get payed $12.10/hr that isn't enough to be hit, attacked, spit on by those you care for *They promise you OT but will take away your hours without notice so you work just 40/week

      Pros

      - they assign you the caseload - early intervention allows for good work life balance and schedule

      Cons

      little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
