Pros
- you grow at a pace you won't belive - you are rounded by amazing talent - you have full ownership, you don't work for Bending Spoons, you are part of it. You influence the mission, impact the product you work on, and make the world a better place. - You get the chance to work on multiple legendary products (Evernote, WeTransfer, Vimeo, to name a few) and learn what it takes 10 different jobs to even come closer. - Despite the size of the company, it feels like being in a startup. You work on massively impactful things, processes are lean, and from day 1 you are exposed to critical systems and technologies. How much you care makes the difference - It's extremely meritocratic. Those who work hard and with strong impact are rewarded equally (and more).
Cons
This is a demanding environment. It’s not a place where you can settle in, stay comfortable, and expect little to change. If you’re not interested in continuous growth, if you don’t care about pushing yourself to become the best version of who you can be, and if you’re not willing to work hard toward that, then this is probably not the right place for you. But for those who are driven, ambitious, and committed to constant improvement, you have no idea on what you are missing out 🤩
