Pros
I worked here for almost 7 years. Bene was a nice company to work for, with a lot of talented people and the products were cutting edge & top quality. The company was moving towards being more of a corporation but it still had a friendly family feel, which encouraged team work throughout its European offices. When I left it was a very turbulent time, as there had been a lot of redundancies and a big effort to re-structure the company. This was badly needed as the company had acquired another large German organisation a few years beforehand and had failed to streamline anything. The problem was the company was then in financial trouble and they were making mass changes all of a sudden in every department, some of which drastically effected employee bonuses. This gave me the shove I needed to leave but it was time I moved on anyway.
Cons
Poor remuneration No benefits I never once had an appraisal, personal development plan or even a conversation about progressing within the company
