Pros
Leadership and managers who care about their individual employees, and where those employees what to go. Opportunity for growth, at a company that organically values it's employees. Company is organized, diverse, and collectively looks ahead to strengthen and improving business and client outcomes.
Cons
Still pretty new to the company, no obvious or significant concerns noticed so far. Would love to be able to get together with my team in person occasionally, but we've all opted to work remote and are quite scattered across the country.
