      Only benefit I could think of is allocation.

      Cons

      Management pushes too much for sales. You will never feel appreciated. Felt like they only care for money. If your store is quiet you can never progress. Kept extending the probation I was on probation for 10 months. Never seen this happening anywhere. HR doesn’t care either. Please think again before joining it. They have really bad retention records.
