Pros
Excellent benefits, never bored, decent pay
Cons
Sometimes it almost seemed like they were trying to fail., some of the decisions were so bad. With some of the leadership team. it was obvious that some of them were not knowledgable enough about absence management to be able to make the decisions they were making. Promises were made that there was no way anyone could keep, but everyone was unrealistically optimistic that things would work out. Even though a child could see the problems. The level of dysfunction high and as things went wrong, instead of trying to fix them, everyone just deflected blame and found a scapegoat. Being in the in-crowd, knowing the leaders from previous roles, and being able to act like you know everything, are valued far more than actually knowing what you are doing. Appearances meant more than results. A few leaders were not nice. They were fake. They picked favorites and had no problem treating people they didn't like or didn't think were important like crap.
