Great people to work with in a company that is revolutionizing the Health Insurance space. Co-workers genuinely care about each other. Great experience working with data and making a difference in the healthcare space. When working with customers and clients, there is a real feeling of making a difference in identifying trends and savings opportunities.

Can be demanding and there are times that there are bottle necks or lack of resources when addressing projects.

They do have pretty decent benefits.

NO work/life balance AT ALL. The technical team members I worked with that were awesome to partner with were not sleeping and incredibly overworked but couldn't slow down because of how much was depending on them. This company will expect you to stay engaged and basically on call 24/7 EVEN WHEN YOU'RE ON PTO or out sick! Trying to engage other team members for help is difficult because a lot of those team members are already overworked or they simply don't care. The leadership have favorites and protect their own so there are staff that basically don't do their jobs and nothing happens to them. Zero accountability, no change, lots of empty promises.
