      Really welcoming and supportive staff and managers. Technical staff with excellent skills and passion for providing patient care. Good progression opportunities for Radiographers e.g. amazing modality training programs.

      Cons

      Technical staff retention very good (most staff remain at Bensons for their entire career), so in some areas less opportunites for management positions/progression
