Pros
Fantastic group of (non-upper management) people. Great work hours. Fun perks like impromptu snackfests and random garden produce sharing.
Cons
The 3 partners and their minions are a mess. One partner is actually pretty great, but he's lost interest in the in house projects. The other two are so out of touch with everything, that it's surprising anything gets done. Lower management tries to hold all of strings together, but they've been handed so many strings, they're practically the house from UP. Floating away because their work load is massive. The fabricators and Compositors just kind of coast along, there is no sense of organization or accountability, except at the producer level (lower management) so they end up getting their butts handed to them for things that have nothing to do with them.
