      Very bad organisation. Inside sales team is very bad filled with politics. Manager was promoted on the basis of what knowledge god knows. Manager does not know how to manage a team, runs behind director for everything. Director provides pick and drop service to girls. Entire team is unaware what they are doing and there is no growth opportunity
