Pros

It's a pretty comfortable working environment. Everything trade each other pretty nicely. Because it is a global company, have a very diverse environment, and everyone understands and respects colleagues are all from different cultures, The compensations and benefits are overall good. It paid all my family's dental visit while I'm working in here. Overall I'm pretty happy working in here.

Cons

I guess this is a very big company? I feel many process are over complicated. Some approval process takes more than few months to complete which should only take less than a week. This causes some very easy tasks takes over months only because waiting for approval.
