Pros
I worked at Bento Sushi for 11 months and I had an amazing time while I was here. I recall my manager saying HR is the face of attraction and retention for a company and I can't agree more. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and always willing to provide assistance. The culture and people at Bento Sushi are the things I will miss most, especially the team I worked with. Management was very supportive in developing my career and assigning additional duties to help broaden my knowledge. So if you want real work experience in an environment that emphasizes team work and fosters growth, then Bento Sushi is an excellent opportunity for you. You get a lot of free sushi from the test kitchen so that was always nice.
Cons
Head office working hours are from 9:00 to 5:30 so some individuals may not like that.
