Pros
Pay is good when we have a lot of production which helps to reduce the amount of drama. Most co-workers are relatable and good to work with. If your goal is to just put your head down and do your job without speaking up, then you are probably a good fit.
Cons
Leadership/Management seems to value political skill and the buddy system more than practical job skill. If you unintentionally call them out in the process of solving a problem and making things better, you may become a target. Sometimes working extra hard can pay off, but don’t get your hopes up.
