Pros
Salary when business is good,generous discounts nice lunchroom, benefits, but no sick days which is in humane so everyone comes in sick and gives it to everyone else.
Cons
It's all about your numbers,tremendous pressure, combative environment,nepotism,numbers,numbers,numbers. Management sucks, not supportive unless you are a favorite. And even if u r the minute your numbers drop they turn on you. Treated like children in grade school. Salespeople are nasty to each other and steal sales.Human resources should be called in human, some how get enjoyment of threatening your job.
