Pros

Exciting industry, big new accounts. Has a startup feel, which means lots of opportunities to learn

Cons

Leadership is disorganized, and doesn't understand people. One particular leader at has a track record of destroying companies and failed mergers, and it shows since he joined the company. Lots of fake reviews, after talking to people from a this leaders past sale to a financial services company, this is exactly what happened before and is now being repeated. CEO is nice but not sure why he hired this other exec without checking him out first, I just made a couple phone calls, any due diligence would have avoided this.

Pros

Some great people - although most left in the last exodus. Nice downtown location. Great place if you're a high priced management consultant or sales exec. Not so great for anyone else.

Cons

Focus is on constant management consultants and trying to land the next "big" sales contracts. If you're a big talker and can put on a show you might do well for a year or two. Until you realize the team struggles to deliver. Zero focus on product and customer and ops. Ancient complicated process and systems, nothing is documented, embarassing customer service. I just feel bad for our clients. Not a big company, small cottage industry.
