If you like companies that say what they are on the tin then you will love it at BSQ - They don’t profess to have all the tools and back office support functions that the larger agencies do, but what it does have is freedom to make it what you want. One of the best comms structure in the city and that’s a fact, very little in terms of restrictions around tech stack and geography combined with that flexible working environment ( 3 days in the office ideally) plus the offices are great, modern open plan just a nice environment. Plus the senior team have significant experience so lots of support as well as an experienced delivery team to help build out accounts.

There are some big charcaters in the office with strong opinions

One of the best if not the best commission structures in the City, no restrictions to work technologies and locations and you can dual desk so if you are a big biller you will earn more money here than any where else. Good collaborative working environment, Consultant are very experienced so great opportunity to skill up in other areas, Company provides all the tools and really nice funky offices. Good company incentives with team nights out and trips abroad for top performers and free gym membership and extended lunch times TBC soon

May be a little more difficult to get too if you are on the wrong side of the city
