Thanks for the feedback and for your positive words regarding the pros of working with Berkley. We are always trying to get better and it’s heartening to hear what is working well. Likewise, we value your constructive criticism. We’re disappointed to hear your comments regarding salary and working hours. Concerning salary, we carefully strive to not only meet but exceed industry standards. Our commission scheme is well above industry standard and rewards those who are consistently billing over a rolling three-month average. As for working hours, we will look into ways of mitigating this for our current and future employees.
