      Pros

      The first company I've worked for where there are no weak links. Everyone more than pulls their weight and strives for success. A genuine sense of team, people genuinely like and respect each other. Compensation and benefits are great. Seems like there are plenty of opportunities for advancement. Excellent senior leadership.

      I have never experienced any cons in the company.

      “Got your back” team, I could always rely on others. Everyone was motivated to make goals and exceed them. Great environment for a go getter.
