      Great place to start for a new teacher with no prior experience or teaching qualifications. Great clients. Freedom to tailor materials. Can move into a more senior role such as a Language Advisor or a Language Instruction Supervisor.

      Cons

      Unfair pay. Inexperienced managers. Company's dynamics and politics are problematic. Nepotism in promotions
