Pros
Good compensation plans (as of 2007), spiffs and vendor sponsored reward programs. some store-level managment (that has been there a while) actually know their stuff.
Cons
Expect to get railroaded by management, expect 54H work week though they will tell you they want you to spend time with your family. Expect long-time employee favorites to be able to get away with more than you can. Expect 'errors' in your commission statements. Expect fixed metrics to keep you down. Expect NO loyalty dispite tenure or efforts. Expect a very high turnaround.
