Pros
Coffee bar, summer Friday's, free beer. Unfortunately there are not many pros about this company.
Cons
Nothing made me happier than leave this agency. It is a terrible place to work, a bunch of back stabbers, who are ready to knock you down and step all over you. I didn't realize how bad it was until I went to my current job where they actually treat their employees like real people and not just a bunch of slaves. BR is trying to keep a fake appearance, they are not the big, important agency they pretend to be. They have not been able to get new business in years and they can't keep new clients or talent. It is the lowest paying agency in KC, they expect you to work late at night and on the weekends. If you are planning on taking your hour lunch beware, they might get very upset and make you stay late at night. This was the worst experience of my life. If you have the opportunity to go to a better and bigger agency go for it, at BR you won' grow professionally, instead they will make sure you feel really bad about yourself.
