-Maintenance -Dispatchers are qualified with ADX -Pay is good (for 2018) -60 days on/60 days off
Cons
-Berry does not follow 135.267(c) -24 "duty-fluid" schedule (scheduled rest will be interrupted) -Your direct supervisor is not a pilot -Work everyday on your rotation (no days off) -Weight and Balance manifests are required on all legs regardless of 91 v. 135 -Communication between departments leaves a lot to be desired -The training program is about two weeks too long
