great people, great pay, family time

no room for advancement oppurtunity

Plenty of work offered. Staff work with you to need your needs aswell as client demand.

No real interview process so you do end up working with some questionable people who don’t tend to last long. The pay, compared to what staff have to deal with on a daily basis is atrocious. However I’d put this down to how generous the client is feeling and not the agency themselves.
