The best place to train customer service agent because they have professional hands and good learning environment also for good one to be more productive you will be guided and trained to a very great competitive standard.
Cons
There is no growth in the organization for people like me because we are never given a chance to put in our talent. To be honest the blacks are segregated and not giving a chance to handle some positions even if they are qualified. The world is a globalized village. Diversity is the strength of great multinational companies today. It's not enough employing them for the job but also giving them an opportunity to exhibit their skills. This will put the company in a more competitive market around the world.
