Pros

Bespoke is truly a one-of-a-kind place to grow your career while being your full self. As a working mom, I feel deeply supported here — not just in words, but in real, day-to-day flexibility, understanding, and encouragement. The culture is performance-driven, but also human. There’s room to stretch, fail forward, and succeed on your own terms. The company was female-founded and that shows up in the DNA — a strong emphasis on empathy, collaboration, and high expectations without ego. Eric, our CEO, leads with authenticity and clarity. He listens, cares deeply about the people here, and champions both growth and belonging. The leadership team is impressive — many strong female leaders at the table and a true spirit of partnership across functions. There’s also a real commitment to diversity — in leadership representation, in hiring, and in how people are treated. It’s not perfect (no place is), but leadership is honest about where we are and what we’re working toward.

Cons

We’re a fast-paced, high-growth environment. That can mean juggling a lot at once. It’s not for someone looking to coast — but if you want to be surrounded by smart, driven, kind people, it’s a great place to work!

Pros

Great salary, mostly remote work.

Cons

Bespoke operates like a mercenary outfit, where performance is all that matters regardless of your role or how long you’ve been there. Performance pressure is typical in executive search, but Bespoke takes it further by hiring people with no prior industry experience and then expecting instant results from them anyway. There’s no performance improvement program at Bespoke, and check-ins are inconsistent across the board. Weekly meetings with your manager exist on paper, but how helpful they actually are depends entirely on which manager you’re assigned to, which leaves newer employees especially exposed. On top of that, the person responsible for search flow doesn’t communicate well and doesn’t operate with much professionalism. Combined with everything else, it creates an environment where employees are left guessing about their own standing, and terminations happen abruptly with no real warning.
