Cons

The business growth has no clear business plan/ infrastructure or clear direction by the leaders/ owners Bepro does not practice what it teaches- morals and values on paper are there and are talked about but not led from the top hence the toxic culture The blame culture further fuels toxic work practices and leaders making assumptions of the capability of the team, but never questioning the senior leadership As an employee you become a bystander - too scared to speak up in fear of the consequences, or to help the latest victim, but then your own morals make it hard for you to tolerate this unethical behaviour and stay. There is an employee leaving the business every 3-4 weeks in the last 12-15 months When people leave the CEO/MD and SMT - no recognition, kind words exchanged for the work and commitment you have given Number crunching, unrealistic goal settings, chasing quantity rather than the quality

Pros

Pay and benefits were protected as contractual. Fellow coaches and employees - talented HR/People Professionals.

Cons

Too many to list but in summary, coaches completely overburdened with workload and unrealistic volume of duties following changes to all aspects of role. No genuine care and consideration for staff and learners. Many coaches are rock bottom and are struggling with stress and burnout. Massive micromanagement. Profit first mentality which has completely impacted Bepro culture and ethos detrimentally.

Flexibility, autonomy of diary management, supporting and developing people on their HR journey. Supportive team to work with.

Cons

Sometimes communication across companies can be difficult, but that can be expected when going through organisational change.
