The team is friendly and the job is currently remote 10/21

Cons

The job isn't credit and collections, you do literally everything but place orders for the customer, and they still expect you to collect millions of dollars from doctors somehow. They don't train you well at all, they just explain how to use their system and expect you to understand the applications of the software without any further training. You will not receive any collections training and yet they will expect you to collect millions. They recently changed the phone lines so now you manage all Amerisourcebergen customers, not just Besse (the company you are hired under). They won't train you on how to manage any of the other Non-Besse customers, so you essentially have to wing it when talking to multi-million dollar companies. There is also an unspoken expectation to work overtime every day to do all the work you couldn't do during normal hours because they have you doing multiple different jobs.
