Thank you for your service and contributions to Best Practices during the months you were here. I hear and empathize with your sentiment that lack of growth saps one's morale. During the pandemic, there have been many challenges for our company and the world. As CEO, my first priority during this period has been to protect jobs, continue serving existing clients with high levels of excellence, and pivot to the world of Covid in which the economy retrenched. We have succeeded at protecting jobs, continuing to please clients and prevail during difficult times.
