Pros
Everyone is so kind, management is always helping and encouraging the staff, lots of positive teamwork, ability to move up within the company, management is always trying to make things easier for everyone, constant updates about the practice, plenty of meetings to meet the staff and get to know everyone, everyone helps each other out, everyone works hard, and the management really looks out for the staff members.
Cons
I couldn't think of one. Even when things are hectic and there are a lot of moving parts, this is one of the best places to work and everyone helps out.
