      Pros

      Laid back work environment. Pms system was simple and easy to learn

      Cons

      Management was not good. There was no actual “training period” and things are not taught well to new employees. And The manager isn’t really there for you to help you understand things. You have to do your job and housekeepers job with the laundry cause the head housekeeper just goes home and leaves laundry for Front desk staff to do.

      Corporate employees generally care about their role in the overall success of the individual hotels they serve as well as the guests and the overall reputation of the company

      Cons

      Corporate restructuring has changed the level and quality of corporate support available to successful hotels due to much focus on underperforming locations which further erodes the quality and reputation of the brand
